NEXO launched its ICO on March 5, 2018 at a price of $0.10. The ICO officially ended on March 31, with Nexo raising a total of $52.5 million. NEXO’s price experienced a small peak on May 9, 2018, hitting $0.69 before falling and hovering between $0.06 to $0.11. It reached an ATL of $0.045 on September 13, 2018.
After another peak of $0.69 on December 18, 2020, NEXO’s price continued to increase over the following months, finally reaching an ATH of $4.07 on May 12, 2021. Its price then dipped until spiking again on November 9, 2021 at $3.34.

What Is NEXO Used For?
NEXO is used to provide instant loans on the Nexo platform. Using NEXO tokens gives users discounts on loan interest rates, priority customer support and other benefits. For instance, the company announced a loyalty program in December 2020 that offers up to 30% APR for NEXO token holders.
NEXO is also used as a collateral asset on the platform, which lets users deposit their crypto assets as collateral and receive instant loans in fiat currencies. The loan amount is based on the value of the deposited crypto assets.
Nexo allows users to earn interest on their idle crypto assets, offering up to 12% APY on popular cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, LTC and XRP.
