Bybit has launched a self-service account deletion feature, which allows users to delete their accounts on their own via the Account & Security page.
Reminder:
— Once your account is deleted, all your personal data, saved preferences, associated content, existing rewards, and any remaining assets linked to the account will be permanently removed. However, certain data may still be retained on our servers as required for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes. This action is irreversible and all associated data cannot be recovered.
— Users need to meet certain criteria in order to delete the account. Please refer to FAQ — Account Deletion for more information.
To delete your account, please follow the guide below:
Step 1: Log in to your Bybit account and proceed to Security by clicking the profile icon in the top left corner on the home page. Then, tap on Account Management → Delete Account.
Step 2: Review and confirm the account details, including any associated subaccounts and remaining assets. Please ensure to understand the consequences of deleting your account before tapping on Confirm.
Step 3: Complete the security verification process as prompted.
Your account has been deleted successfully, and you can no longer log in.
